As the Association for Physical Education we have a duty of care to signpost schools and practitioners to reputable businesses who provide support to schools. Applications are thoroughly reviewed and only those that meet the criteria are recognised. A successful application to become a Business Associate (BA) is based upon information available at the time, references, testimonials and a deep dive into their services. It saddens me that some organisations may be falling short of the terms and conditions of a BA and are now providing new services outside those of the BA criteria. afPE is carrying out its own investigation and any BA working outside of the criteria will have their approval rescinded.
