afPE are pleased to announce a new type of phase-specific consultancy designed to help schools to review their PE provision. This will provide an overview of what our new 'PE subject reviews' look like and how you can book. The review will be conducted by a small team of trained phase-specific subject specialists.

The PE subject review will provide staff who teach or lead PE:

• a trained consultant
• a range of activities
  
• onsite training
  

This developmental and expert approach is designed to support schools to provide high quality PE for all. This will explore for all pupils:

• the curriculum,
• how PE is taught
• assessment
• enrichment opportunities

It will give you confidence to drive forward your PE provision and ensure the best experiences for your pupils.

During your subject review, schools will be assessed on four core areas and two electives of your choice, ensuring the day is tailored to the areas in PE that you want to improve. Please find below the list of core and elective activities.
