What does the Qualification Involve?Providing students with high-quality and sustainable physical education has the potential to make a life-long impact, encouraging them to understand the benefits of sport and physical activity. This qualification, which is recognised nationally as part of the Professional Institute for Accredited Physical Education, offers delegates the chance to build their skills and confidence to support curriculum delivery of school sport and physical activity. The programme provides those involved in supporting the delivery of PESSPA with the ability to plan, lead and review activities that contribute to PE provision, helping them to feel confident in their skills. How do I Study for the Qualification?The qualification has been designed to be delivered by either face-to-face study or blended learning, making use of virtual channels for knowledge acquisition supported by traditional assessment. This qualification is open to Teaching Assistants, coaches and apprentices involved in supporting the teaching of PESSPA. Find your nearest Professional Qualification Centre (PQC) HERE.
