The Breaking Limits Programme is a FREE curriculum-linked PE & PSHE programme for Primary and Secondary schools and has been designed to equip young people aged 9-14 with the confidence to move, by demonstrating the power of movement to deliver physical, mental and social benefits by breaking down barriers to movement such as gender, race or ability.
The programme covers the topics of Confident Mover, Team Player, and Goal Setter, which are quality-assured by the PSHE Association and accredited by afPE. We have also recently released a brand new fourth module called Game Changers developed in association with FIFA Women’s World CupTM and accredited by the afPE. This new resource uses the power of football to equip girls with the confidence to move, while encouraging boys to be supportive allies, in creating an inclusive environment for all.
The classroom, gym, and assembly resources are user-friendly, with no specialist knowledge required. They are also specifically linked to the curriculum standards in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland and are available for use at home for free with parents or home educators.
The Game Changers module webinar will be on Wednesday 10th April. To book on click here.
