Sport England - Secondary Teacher Training Programme: Using funding effectively

The following video is a celebration of the work of one of the schools who participated in the Sport England funded secondary teacher training programme.The film outlines some of the ways in which the school used funding effectively.The approach targeted the needs of pupils, to achieve a significant impact that is clearly evidenced by the school workforce.The success of this programme was a result of a trusted collaborative approach between the afPE consultants working with the school, and the school leadership staff who were receptive to advice and support to maximise the impact of the funding in achieving the strategic outcomes.
