Physical Activity Data

A researcher from the University of Bath is currently recruiting participants for an online questionnaire looking to understand teachers, parents, and wider primary school stakeholders' views and responses to primary school pupils' in-school physical activity data.

If you would be willing, please could you complete the questionnaire via the following link or through the QR code on the flyer below as well as circulating widely. The questionnaire should take between 10-15 minutes and you can find the full information sheet by following this online survey link.
