Steve Parry and Becky Adlington to speak at the afPE National Conference on 6th July 2016.

We are delighted that both Steve Parry (Olympic Bronze Medal winner & BBC Commentator) and Becky Adlington (Britain’s most decorated female Olympian) will be attending the afPE National Conference at St George’s Park in Burton next month.

They commented:

“Statistics make worrying reading, with only 52% of 7-11 year olds being able to swim the national curriculum requirement of at least 25 metres. It is vital that we address this issue now. We will be sharing our passion for all things swimming and addressing how to overcome the barriers at the forthcoming afPE Conference on 6th July. We look forward to seeing you all there.”
