CSP Network: Impact Report 2016

The CSP Network has unveiled its interactive 2016 Impact report highlighting some of the great work that has taken place across the network helping improve lives by growing grassroots sport and physical activity.

For the first time the report has been produced in an interactive digital format. The icons and case studies in the report are linked to pages on the CSP Network website.

Highlights include:

  • £122m secured by CSPs to support local partners since 2013
  • 91% of partners either satisfied or very satisfied with the added value that CSPs provided in 2015
  • 15,000 inactive people registered on Workplace Challenge
  • Over 17,600 primary schools supported to maximise the impact of the Primary PE and Sport Premium
  • 726,144 young people participating in Level 3 School Games festivals, including 88,064 young disabled people since 2011
  • 47,725 local Sportivate projects, involving 641,115 young people (11 to 25 yrs)
  • 9,183 active Satellite Clubs involving 408,531 participants since 2012
  • 4,300 Community Games events, involving an estimated 3,043,000 participants, supported by 91,000 volunteers since 2012
  • Delivering over 274 individual coaching projects, engaging over 150 partners to make coaching accessible for coaches and those that want to be coached.
