Swim England: Register for the School Swimming Webinar

• Update on the work of the curriculum Swim Group and the six key areas being focused on to improve the quality of school swimming across the country
• The new School Swimming and Water Safety Charter (relaunched in January 2019) will offer an extensive library of resources and guidance, with the aim of supporting those delivering school swimming lessons to ensure all pupils have the opportunity to achieve the national curriculum outcomes by the end of Key Stage 2
• The Swim England National Curriculum Training Programme equips those delivering school swimming and water safety lessons with the skills and knowledge to deliver high quality lessons to make sure schools not only meet but exceed the national curriculum requirements
• Update of information for using allocated Primary PE and Sport Premium funding for school swimming and water safety
