29/10/20 Due to the pandemic, the Schools & Academies Show is going ahead virtually between the 17th – 20th November 2020. Sue Wilkinson MBE will be delivering a 30 minute keynote at 10.20am on 20th November, focusing on the ‘Contribution Physical Education, School Sport and Physical Activity (PESSPA) make to the Lives of Children & Young People’, topics within the session will include: - Sharing the evidence of impact
- Re-scaffolding the PE curriculum
- Embedding PESSPA across the whole school
- School culture and workforce
afPE will also be present with a ‘virtual booth’ where we will be sharing quality assured resources, specialist advice and valuable professional support with the PESSPA sector. afPE members can access complimentary to the online event, alongside 4,000 other education seniors, leading government officials and 100 expert speakers.
