afPE has produced a new 11 page Risk Assessment Template for Physical Education, School Sport and Physical Activity (PESSPA).

N.B. Written risk assessments should be reviewed on a regular basis, typically annually, but also following a near miss or injury. All staff involved in PESSPA should know the location of, and read written risk assessments.
