afPE Trainee/Student - Membership Form Membership Subscriptions:This category of membership is open to all Trainees/Students who are studying, with a view to gaining qualifications in Physical Education, Sport or Dance. The annual subscription fee for Trainee/Student membership is £45.00. ***Special Offer*** If you join up as a Trainee/Student member now you'll benefit from three months membership free (15 months of membership for the price of just 12). Ways to Join:Online: Select the relevant category of membership from the list below, and follow the simple and secure steps to sign up online with a credit/debit card. Telephone: Call the Membership Department on 01905 855 584 to join over the telephone, please have your credit card details to hand. Invoice/Cheque: Click HERE to download a Trainee/Student membership form. Complete and return the form to the Worcester office (either along with a cheque, or a request for an invoice). Direct Debit - Monthly: Click HERE to download a Direct Debit form to pay for your membership subscription on a monthly basis. N.B. A service charge of £15 is applicable per member (or per agreement) in order to facilitate monthly direct debit payments.
